Solution Architect (HLD/LLD) - Financial Crime

Buscamos un/a Arquitecto de Soluciones para formar parte de nuestro equipo en cliente (Importante multinacional de servicios TI y consultoría) y ser responsable de la definición y entrega de la arquitectura para iniciativas como Transaction Screening, Name Screening, Monitoring, KYC/KYB, Case Management y soluciones de datos de Crimen Financiero.
Modelo híbrido de trabajo, con sede de referencia en Las Rozas (Madrid).
Responsabilidades clave
- Definir y gobernar los diseños de arquitectura de soluciones (HLD/LLD) en las capacidades de Crimen Financiero.
- Proporcionar supervisión arquitectónica para nuevas iniciativas, actividades de remediación, actualizaciones de plataforma y reducción de deuda técnica dentro del Financial Crime Book of Work .
- Actuar como contribuidor clave en la migración de Crimen Financiero , apoyando la migración de datos, las estrategias de archivado, los patrones de integración y las decisiones de diseño alineadas con los requisitos regulatorios.
- Garantizar que las soluciones cumplen con la arquitectura objetivo del cliente, los estándares de seguridad, las políticas de datos y los requisitos regulatorios (por ejemplo, PRA, FCA, ECB).
- Identificar, gestionar y escalar riesgos y dependencias de arquitectura , contribuyendo a los RAIDs del programa y a los foros de gobierno.
- Colaborar con Product Owners, equipos de Ingeniería, Datos, Seguridad, Riesgos y stakeholders de negocio para asegurar una entrega eficaz y en plazo.
✅ Experiencia previa acreditada en entornos de consultoría (estrategia, transformación, negocio o IT).
✅ Inglés mínimo B2/C1 (uso real en reuniones y documentación).
✅ Más de 4 años de experiencia como Arquitecto de Soluciones en entornos de Crimen Financiero, Riesgos o banca altamente regulada.
✅ Sólido conocimiento de los dominios de Crimen Financiero , incluyendo AML, Sanciones, Screening, Monitoring y KYC/KYB.
✅ Experiencia en el diseño de soluciones con datos complejos, plataformas legacy y fuertes restricciones regulatorias .
✅ Buen entendimiento de arquitecturas cloud, on‑premise e híbridas .
✅ Experiencia trabajando dentro de marcos formales de gobierno y aseguramiento de arquitectura.
✅ Experiencia en migraciones bancarias a gran escala .
✅ Familiaridad con plataformas como Actimize, Appian y plataformas corporativas de datos.
✅ Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial (modelo híbrido) en Madrid (Las Rozas) .
✅ Deseable, Certificación relevante en arquitectura (por ejemplo, TOGAF ).
