Role Overview A global provider of managed connectivity and digital infrastructure services is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of its Network portfolio.

This role is central to driving growth, innovation, and execution across a suite of networking solutions, supporting customers operating in enterprise and mission-critical environments.

The Network portfolio includes capabilities such as network architecture, design and operations, SD-WAN, switching, and performance optimisation. The successful candidate will act as the strategic owner of the full product lifecycle across this domain.

This position will define product vision, positioning, and long-term strategy while ensuring alignment with customer needs, business objectives, and technical and financial viability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Roadmap & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Network portfolio, aligned with business objectives
  • Identify market trends, customer requirements, and emerging technologies
  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and continuous improvement
  • Represent the organisation in customer and industry engagements
2. Commercial & Stakeholder Management
  • Own commercial performance, including pricing strategy and margin optimisation
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and shape product direction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver go-to-market strategies
  • Partner with sales and marketing to drive adoption and growth
  • Act as a key point of alignment across internal and external stakeholders
3. Product Development & Management
  • Maintain and prioritise the product roadmap
  • Define product packaging and standardisation approaches
  • Ensure scalability and consistency across the portfolio
  • Oversee lifecycle management from launch to retirement

Skills & Experience
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies (e.g. SD-WAN, switching, WiFi)
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer value
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
  • Background in managed services, telecommunications, or related sectors
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
