Technical Support Specialist Carel Iberica, la filial para España y Portugal del grupo CAREL, líder global en soluciones de control para aplicaciones HVAC y de Refrigeración, está buscando un Technical Service Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato seleccionado dará soporte a los clientes tanto en la fase de pre venta como en la de post venta, combinando las competencias técnicas tradicionales con el uso de tecnologías avanzadas basadas en IA, ya adoptadas en el departamento para aumentar la rapidez, la precisión y la eficacia del soporte al cliente. Colaborar con el equipo de ventas proporcionando asistencia técnica y orientación en la selección de soluciones adecuadas para las necesidades de los clientes.
Realizar formación tecnica basica a clientes y partners sobre las soluciones CAREL. Asistir en la configuración de sistemas y soluciones para aplicaciones HVAC y de refrigeración. Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con dispositivos electrónicos, PLC, sistemas IoT y de supervisión.
Proporcionar asistencia técnica remota y presencial a los clientes para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las soluciones instaladas. Gestionar y documentar las incidencias técnicas y proponer soluciones para mejorar la experiencia del cliente. Interactuar con el departamento de servicio central del grupo CAREL para la gestión de casos de segundo nivel.
Gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de los casos abiertos en la plataforma Salesforce.
Formación y documentación: Crear y actualizar materiales técnicos y guías de soporte para clientes y equipo interno. Formar a los clientes en el uso y mantenimiento de las soluciones CAREL.
Formación técnica.
Técnico
Superior (Ciclo formativo de grado superior (CFGS)) o formación universitaria en Automatización y Robótica Industrial, Mantenimiento Electrónico, Sistemas Electrotécnicos y Automatizados, Mantenimiento de Instalaciones Térmicas y de Fluidos, Mecatrónica Industrial o similar.
Experiencia previa en soporte técnico o asistencia a clientes en el sector HVAC o de refrigeración. Conocimiento de dispositivos electrónicos, PLC, sistemas IoT y plataformas de supervisión. Familiaridad con plataformas de soporte habilitadas por IA, incluyendo la capacidad de crear prompts eficaces para herramientas conversacionales o de asistencia técnica.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con el cliente. Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo. Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente en España y Portugal. Español nativo inglés nivel bueno.
