Busquem operaris i operàries per una indústria tèxtil de la comarca de la Selva. La feina és de control i d'operador/a de maquinària. Horari fix i feina temporal, però de llarga durada.

Funcions i requisits de la vacant

Busquem operaris/operàries per treballar en una fàbrica en torn fix els caps de setmana (no rotatius): el quart torn en el que es treballen els dissabtes i els diumenges de 18h a 6h i els dies festius entre setmana o el 5è torn, en el que es treballa els dissabtes i els diumenges de 6h a 18h i tots els festius entre setmana. El contracte és de jornada completa. La feina consistirà en controlar maquinària i els/les nous/noves treballadors/treballadores rebran la formació necessària (15 dies) per poder fer la feina autònomament.

Altres dades a destacar

Si es fa el QUART TORN la feina serà els dissabtes, diumenges i festius entre setmana, de 18 a 6h.

Si es fa el CINQUÈ TORN la feina serà els dissabtes, diumenges i festius entre setmana, de 6 a 18h.

En el dos casos, segons un calendari que proporcionarà l'empresa i que es pactarà, el/la treballador/a farà 40h setmanals acabant de completar el seu horari amb dies entre setmana on es farà o bé torn de matí (de 6 a 14h) o de tardes (de 14 a 22h). L'hora en horari de matí o de tarda, entre setmana, es cobra a 8,35€ bruts. La feina és de llarga durada a través d'ETT (es van fer contractes temporals seguits) i no es tracta d'una feina en la que cada setmana vagin variant el nombre de dies treballats i on haguem d'anar trucant per dir si es continua o no.
