🎯 ¿Cuál es tu misión?
Realizar la dosificación manual de materias primas para la elaboración de fragancias, asegurando precisión, trazabilidad y cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia operativa.
🛠️Esto es lo que llevarás a cabo todos los días.
Dosificación precisa de materias primas (líquidas y sólidas) en función de las órdenes de producción asignadas.
Uso de equipos específicos como básculas móviles, carros de pesaje, baño maría, cámaras frigoríficas y calientes, y sistemas informáticos (Opera Mes).
Registro digital de cantidades dosificadas, lotes y tiempos en el sistema MES.
Preparación de materiales y vinculación de bultos y productos acabados a las órdenes de producción.
Cumplimiento de workflows establecidos para iniciar, suspender y cerrar órdenes de dosificación.
Colaboración con otros departamentos como calidad, logística y mantenimiento para asegurar el flujo correcto de trabajo.
Manejo seguro de productos inflamables y no inflamables, siguiendo las fichas de seguridad y procedimientos establecidos.
Mantenimiento básico del área de trabajo, incluyendo limpieza de equipos y reposición de baterías de básculas.
✅ Lo que necesitas para brillar en este puesto
· Formación: Ciclo formativo de grado medio o superior en química, producción industrial o similar.
· Experiencia: Deseable experiencia previa en dosificación manual en entornos industriales, especialmente en el sector de fragancias o químico.
· Conocimientos técnicos: Manejo de básculas, lectura de órdenes de producción, uso de sistemas informáticos (Opera MES).
· Habilidades: Atención al detalle, organización, autonomía, capacidad para seguir procedimientos estandarizados.
· Obligatorio tener experiencia como operario de producción anteriormente
