El proyecto!
Buscamos un Coordinador de Sistemas IT Retail con perfil técnico y experiencia en administración de plataformas de punto de venta y sistemas integrados. Este rol combina la gestión técnica del software de ventas (Retail Pro Prism) con el diseño y supervisión de integraciones (APIs / FTP) con SAP y plataformas de terceros, asegurando una operación fluida y eficiente en todas nuestras tiendas.
Responsabilidades
- Gestión de la Plataforma: Administración, configuración y mantenimiento integral del entorno Retail Pro Prism y sistemas de Back Office para garantizar su óptimo funcionamiento.
- Soporte Técnico L2: Resolución de incidencias técnicas complejas que no puedan ser gestionadas por soporte básico.
- Gestión de Integraciones: Supervisión de los flujos de datos entre el POS y sistemas externos (SAP, pagos, CRM, WorkForce) mediante APIs o FTP.
- Diseño y Desarrollo: Diseño técnico e implementación de nuevas soluciones o mejoras funcionales en los sistemas de Retail.
- QA y UAT: Responsable de las pruebas de aceptación para validar despliegues y asegurar la estabilidad de las soluciones implementadas.
- Gestión de Proveedores: Coordinación técnica y comunicación con proveedores de software y partners tecnológicos.
- Política de trabajo remoto y horarios flexibles.

- Mentalidad resolutiva, capacidad de documentación técnica y visión de procesos extremo a extremo.
- Fluidez en español e inglés, con habilidad para interactuar con proveedores y equipos internacionales.
