- Dirección operativa del restaurante.
Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento diario del restaurante, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, servicio y experiencia del cliente propios de la marca.
Supervisar la apertura y cierre del local, así como el control de inventarios, aprovisionamiento y gestión de proveedores.
Coordinar y optimizar los procesos de sala y cocina para asegurar un servicio fluido, eficiente y alineado con la gastronomía tradicional asturiana.
- Gestión de equipos Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de sala y cocina, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo positivo y orientado al servicio excelente.
Planificar horarios, turnos y necesidades de personal según previsión de demanda.
