Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales con experiencia en entorno industrial para dar apoyo al departamento de PRL durante el proyecto de instalación de una segunda línea de producción. La persona seleccionada será responsable de coordinar y supervisar todas las actividades preventivas relacionadas con el proyecto y con las empresas contratistas, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y de los estándares internos de seguridad.
Buscamos un perfil autónomo, proactivo y con alta capacidad de toma de decisiones, que no requiera supervisión constante y sea capaz de gestionar sus funciones de forma independiente durante el proyecto.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Supervisar los trabajos desarrollados por las empresas contratistas durante la instalación de la nueva línea de producción.
- Realizar inducciones/charlas de seguridad a todas las contratas antes del inicio de actividad en planta.
- Llevar a cabo inspecciones de seguridad periódicas, detectar desviaciones y proponer acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- Seguimiento de la correcta aplicación de los permisos de trabajo asociados a las diferentes operaciones del proyecto.
- Verificar la correcta implantación de las medidas preventivas definidas por la empresa y por la coordinación de actividades empresariales (CAE).
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estandares de seguridad del proyecto.
- Participar en la evaluación de riesgos y en la elaboración de procedimientos operativos seguros asociados al proyecto.
- Coordinar con el departamento de PRL y con los responsables del proyecto la planificación de actividades críticas.
- Gestionar documentación preventiva y dar soporte en auditorías o inspecciones externas.
- Actuar como referente de seguridad en obra e instalaciones , resolviendo dudas técnicas y dando apoyo directo en campo.
Requisitos
- Titulación universitaria o Formación Profesional relacionada.
- Técnico Superior en PRL (preferible con 3 especialidades).
Experiencia
- Experiencia previa en entorno industrial, obras de montaje, instalación o proyectos similares.
- Experiencia en coordinación de actividades empresariales (CAE).
- Haber trabajado previamente con contratas y supervisión directa en campo.
Competencias
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y para tomar decisiones en el día a día.
- Proactividad, orden y orientación a la seguridad.
- Comunicación clara y habilidades para impartir formaciones.
- Control documental y rigurosidad técnica.
