Perfil: Desde el equipo de Customer & Marketing se requiere incorporar a un/a Senior Consultant para acompañar a nuestros clientes en su transición digital en proyectos con enfoques muy variados: estrategia, analítica, diseño y operativa de campañas, gestión del cambio, creación y optimización de activos digitales, entre otros.
Se valorará muy positivamente experiencia previa en consultoría, experiencia en empresas de entornos multinacionales, y/o experiencia en start-ups relacionadas con el área. Debe ser una persona con interés por el mundo de la consultoría, apasionada por el marketing, que le guste trabajar en equipo, con un claro perfil analítico, acostumbrado/a a trabajar en entornos multinacionales, y con un nivel alto de inglés (C1).
Tareas: Participación en proyectos nacionales e internacionales con clientes Entendimiento del negocio y de los retos de nuestros clientes para aportar valor con la ideación y definición de soluciones Propuesta de recomendaciones de mejora de los procesos establecidos Preparación y dinamización de workshops con cliente Ejecución de proyectos y desarrollo de entregables Acompañamiento de equipos del cliente en el proceso de transformación digital Trabajar con equipos multidisciplinares (analítica, diseño, tecnología…) Realización de propuestas comerciales Requisitos: Titulación superior en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería o similar Experiencia previa de al menos 6 años en el desarrollo de proyectos en un entorno de consultoría o similar Apasionado/a por resolver proyectos estratégicos relacionados con cliente, marketing, comercial y ventas Gran interés por las soluciones digitales dirigidas a cliente (eCommerce, CRM, AI, MarTech, etc.) Capacidad de análisis numérico. Actitud proactiva y resolutiva Se valorará positivamente la experiencia en el diseño de estrategias, planificación, ejecución, seguimiento y optimización de campañas de Marketing Online.
