🎯 ¿Cuál es tu misión?
Dar soporte al responsable de Producción en la planificación, coordinación, resolución y dirección del equipo de la fábrica, con el fin de cumplir con las necesidades de producción planificadas con los recursos materiales y humanos disponibles.
🛠️Esto es lo que llevarás a cabo todos los días.
· Gestión y coordinación de un turno directo de entre 25-30 personas.
· Organizar las tareas de las líneas productivas para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción.
· Participación en Proyectos transversales de mejora continua.
· Interactuar en el entorno de trabajo, tanto con los diferentes departamentos de Operaciones para garantizar la actualización del programa y la resolución de incidencias técnicas.
· Velar por el desarrollo del trabajo del equipo entorno a los ejes de Calidad, Productividad y Servicio, salvaguardando a su vez las normativas de Seguridad, Salud y medio ambiente como las internas de la empresa.
· Realizar control de materiales consumibles y de las mermas e inventario derivadas del proceso productivo.
· Comunicar posibles mejoras ambientales a implantar o bien detección de irregularidades detectadas.
· Investigación y análisis de las no conformidades internas y externas, así como la realización de auditorías internas.
· Estimular un buen clima de trabajo sobre las competencias del trabajo en equipo, comunicación y coordinación y una cultura de trabajo sobre los valores de la empresa.
✅ Lo que necesitas para brillar en este puesto
· Ingeniería Técnica o Formación a nivel de FP rama química / Grado Superior
· Experiencia de 2-3 años en posición similar de Producción.
· Idiomas: inglés básico, español alto
