En HH Hunters, buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Obra con una experiencia demostrable de al menos 5 años para liderar proyectos de reforma de manera integral. El candidato ideal será responsable de la dirección técnica y económica de las obras, abarcando tanto la fase de proyecto como la de ejecución. Deberá poseer una gran capacidad para la planificación, gestión y coordinación de equipos de contratistas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos, hitos y plazos establecidos.
Es fundamental que el/la candidato/a demuestre proactividad, una excelente capacidad de organización y toma de decisiones, así como una rigurosa gestión documental.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Dirección Integral de Obras de Reforma: Liderar y supervisar todas las etapas de los proyectos de reforma, desde la concepción hasta la finalización, garantizando la calidad y la eficiencia.
- Supervisión Técnica y Económica: Realizar un seguimiento exhaustivo de los aspectos técnicos y económicos durante la fase de proyecto y ejecución, controlando presupuestos, recursos y desviaciones.
- Planificación, Gestión y Coordinación de Contratistas: Seleccionar, negociar y gestionar a los diferentes contratistas y subcontratistas, asegurando una coordinación fluida y el cumplimiento de los acuerdos contractuales.
- Gestión Documental: Mantener y organizar toda la documentación relacionada con la obra, incluyendo licencias, permisos, planos, certificaciones, informes y actas.
- Cumplimiento de Hitos, Plazos y Objetivos: Asegurar la consecución de los objetivos del proyecto, respetando los plazos de entrega y los hitos de ejecución definidos.
- Control de Calidad: Implementar y supervisar los estándares de calidad en todas las fases de la obra.
- Gestión de Riesgos: Identificar, evaluar y mitigar los riesgos potenciales que puedan afectar al desarrollo del proyecto.
- Comunicación: Mantener una comunicación fluida y efectiva con todas las partes interesadas, incluyendo clientes, equipos internos y externos.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Jefe/a de Obra, preferentemente en el sector de reformas.
- Formación en Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, Arquitectura Técnica o titulación similar.
- Conocimiento profundo de normativas de construcción, seguridad y salud laboral.
- Dominio de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Presto, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Experiencia en la gestión de presupuestos y control económico de obras.
- Se requiere titulación técnica como Arquitecto/Arquitecto técnico/Ingeniero/Ingeniero técnico y experiencia de 5 años en puestos similares. Imprescindible haber tenido no solo responsabilidad técnica sino también económica y trato directo con el cliente final.

- Lunes a jueves de 8h a 14h y de 15h a 18h. Viernes de 8h a 13h

- Salario: 38.000 Anuel/Bruto.
