The EPIIC-SPARK initiative supports the development of institutional infrastructure, cross-sector partnerships, and applied research activities aligned with Guilford College’s mission and values. </span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>The selected students will assist with the development of a GAP analysis plan by reviewing existing project documentation, conducting preliminary institutional analyses, and drafting components that will inform subsequent project phases. These positions are grant-funded, hourly, and time-limited, with work directly contributing to project <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">implementation. </span></span></b></p><p></p><p><b><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</u><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>The MBA Student Research Assistants will: </span></b></p><p><b><span>Review existing project materials and relevant historical institutional documentation;</span></b></p><p><b><span>Conduct preliminary analyses of institutional processes and capacity needs related to partnership and research activities; and </span></b></p><p><b><span>Draft components of a GAP analysis plan that will inform subsequent project activities and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">implementation. </span></span></b></p><p><b><b>Qualifications:</b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><u>Required:</u><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Must be currently enrolled in the MBA program at Guilford College;</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Strong research, analytical, and writing skills;</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>High attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information; and </span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Ability to work independently while meeting project <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">deadlines  </span></span></b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Preferred:</u><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Enrollment in or completion of the Business Strategy Course (MBA 600);</span></b></p></li></ul><p><b><b>Working Conditions:</b><span> This position offers a flexible work arrangement. Most work may be completed remotely; however, attendance at occasional in-person meetings may be required. In-person work, if needed, will take place in the Office of Advancement (Hendricks Hall) at Guilford College. </span></b></p><p><b><b>Compensation and Duration:</b><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Hourly Rate: $25/hour</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Time Commitment: This is a part-time, temporary position with a maximum time commitment of 10 hours per week (weekly hours may vary based on project needs but will not exceed 10 hours in any given week).
