This role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who can evaluate what is working, identify what needs to evolve, and guide the organization into its next chapter without disrupting the strong foundation already in place.</p><p><br></p><p>This leader will serve as a highly visible partner to the President and executive team, helping the company sharpen how it tells its story in the marketplace and how it positions itself to agents, consumers, and the broader real estate community.
