Job Description BAE Systems is looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer experienced in configuring, deploying, and maintaining Tableau and SharePoint (as Application as Code (AaC) to join our visible technical program driving the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) cloud platform that supports collection, management and analysis of digital engineering information in an architecture that provides seamless digital thread and enables tool interoperability, including data structures suitable for AI applications. The program delivers engineering services for Linux and Windows cloud-based infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, Cloud services, virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflows. Our platform uses a mix of Open Source, Government-off-the-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) software and targets cloud-native constructs. The environment offers a secure-by-default configuration, implementing an Infrastructure-as-Code approach, and governance policies. We value fast iteration and a customer-oriented approach while being mindful about security.
