We work in a variety of sectors including Energy, Infrastructure, Municipal Land Use and Natural Resources. BRITT RADIUS offers competitive compensation packages, a flexible work environment, opportunities for advancement, and is a company where you get to make a difference and be part of a great team.</span><span> </span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span>BRITT RADIUS provides a remote working model for the Grande Prairie, FSJ Areas.</span><span> </span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span>As a Land Coordinator, you will:</span><span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span> Manage project workflow, delegate tasks, and manage timelines and deliverables</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Communicate with clients, project teams, lead & facilitate project meetings</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Have a strong understanding of regulations, requirements, and processes as it relates to land acquisitions, permits, third party requirements and applications process</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Ensure client quality control and processes are maintained and best practices are utilized</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Ensure client preferences are captured and followed; standards are met</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Review and audit full project life cycle and land/regulatory documentation, applications, and third-party requirements</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Prepare client reporting and project tracking tools</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Provide training and feedback to team members to ensure accurate project documentation and execution</span><span><br></span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span>TO LAND THIS ROLE you need:</span><span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span> 5+ years Surface Land experience, ideally in a consulting services/broker environment</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, balancing priorities and deadlines</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Robust communication, problem solving and excellent organizational skills</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Take initiative and be self-motivated</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, and high levels of motivation</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Authentic personality and natural sense of curiosity</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Knowledge of all aspects of Surface Land for the energy sector, with regional experience in AB and BC</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Diversity of experience (Oil & Gas, renewable energy, municipal and telecommunications sectors) is preferred</span><span><br></span></li> <li><span> Strong knowledge of Surface Land procedures, documentation, regulations, third party consents</span></li> </ul>
