Overview:

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Social Media Customer Care Agent to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for communicating with guests via a variety of social media platforms and acting as a representative of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor social media channels and respond quickly and professionally to engagements on Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms

  • Act as a brand ambassador and provide consistent service to guests

  • Escalate guest dissatisfaction to the appropriate department

  • Attend and actively participate in department meetings

  • Follow social media protocol and adhere to guidelines

Qualifications:

  • No high school diploma or GED required

  • Previous customer service experience, including written forms of customer service

  • Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, sentence structure, and spelling

  • Experience using various social media platforms

  • Computer-literate with strong typing skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly

  • Positive attitude with proven ability to work well in teams
