The Project Analyst will provide critical analytical, operational, and program‑support functions for the SAOC program within Mission Systems. This role will serve as the central focal point for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, modeling, and communicating program data. The analyst will develop metrics, dashboards, and tools that enable leadership insight into staffing, execution health, resource planning, risk, and operational performance.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain and continuously update the Control Tower to ensure accurate and timely reporting of key program metrics.
- Design, build, and manage Excel models and Power BI dashboards to track and visualize program performance, staffing, and other critical business metrics.
- Analyze staffing demand and supply to support effective workforce planning and informed decision‑making.
- Coordinate and consolidate data requests across multiple functions to enable “one‑time collection, multi‑use” efficiency and reduce redundancy.
- Develop, maintain, and update organizational charts, distribution lists, and process templates to streamline team operations and communication.
- Oversee and enhance onboarding effectiveness, including system setup, role integration, and new‑hire check‑ins.
- Establish and organize centralized data repositories to improve accessibility, knowledge management, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Provide ongoing dashboards, visualizations, and reporting to clearly communicate engineering and business trends to leadership.
