Research Finance Analyst II

Managing a portfolio of sponsored projects, the full-time Research Finance Analyst II will perform grant-related post-award financial functions, including budget analysis, invoicing, and financial reporting, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee all post-award financial functions for assigned grants, ensuring compliance with sponsor terms and conditions Communicate with investigators and department administrators regarding financial management of sponsored funds and provide regular account status updates Perform grant closeout functions, including reconciliation, financial report preparation, and final invoicing in accordance with hospital policy Required qualifications BS/BA or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred; High School diploma or GED required Two to five years of relevant work experience in an Accounting or Financial role Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Strong analytical skills and deductive reasoning abilities
