Remote Knowledge Management Consultant

Supporting the creation and management of HR knowledge content, the full-time Remote Knowledge Management Consultant will collaborate with HR subject matter experts to develop user-friendly articles and ensure content is optimized for discoverability in platforms like Workday Help. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain knowledge articles within Workday Help, ensuring proper tagging and categorization Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to gather accurate information and document HR processes clearly Write and structure user-friendly articles, guides, and FAQs while applying consistent formatting and tone across all knowledge assets Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, Knowledge Management, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, HR communications, or content development Experience managing content in Workday Help, ServiceNow, or similar knowledge platforms Familiarity with LMS tools and content lifecycle best practices Experience with multimedia tools such as PowerPoint and video editing software
