Job Overview
Our client is seeking for a hands-on retention marketing specialist to own end-to-end execution of our Klaviyo email/SMS program, ManyChat social automation, and key Shopify operations. You'll be the person building flows, writing campaigns, managing promotional changeovers, and creating automated funnels that turn social engagement into email subscribers and repeat customers.
This is not a strategic oversight role - you'll be the one personally opening Klaviyo every day, building flows from scratch, writing email copy, setting up discount codes in Shopify, and optimizing every touchpoint in the customer journey. You'll work closely with their Ecommerce Manager who provides strategic direction, while you own the tactical execution and optimization
Responsibilities
Email & SMS Marketing in Klaviyo (Primary Focus - 60%)
