Remote Assistant for Appointment Scheduling and Phone Calls

We are seeking a reliable remote assistant to manage phone calls and schedule appointments with plumbers, handymen, and doctors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for reaching out to service providers, confirming availability, and keeping a well-maintained schedule for appointments. If you have experience in a similar role and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, we want to hear from you!

Ideally we can give you a list of phone calls and tasks to work on and you can autonomously work on them. In the future there is also an opportunity to manage this list of tasks for us, and to check on the status of different tasks that we are working on as well.

Work hours are flexible, starting with a few hours per week anytime any day, can ramp up towards full time if interested.
