<h1>Career Opportunity</h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Role Title</h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Regional Sales Director<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Purpose of role</h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>The Regional Sales Director is responsible for building relationships and supporting sales to achieve agreed upon targets in their designated block of business within the WFG channel.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Description</h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Manage a defined territory to generate sales and develop new business</li><li>Lead by actively prospecting for new sales, as well as establishing long lasting relationships and servicing existing clients</li><li>Promote products through presentations, seminars and other approaches</li><li>Provide superior service to ensure positive experiences at all times</li><li>Able to generate sales, make the right connections, build relationships, sell our solutions, and support implementation and ongoing services</li><li>Build and execute a sales plan to deliver expected results</li><li>Identify marketing and sales opportunities and best approaches to close sales</li><li>Develop and provide regular sales and product training seminars</li><li>Be the primary contact for escalated support for distributors</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul><p></p><h2>Key Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Thorough understanding of life insurance business and products</li><li>Skillful communicator and superior presentation skills</li><li>LLQP certification</li><li>High level of integrity</li><li>Effective interpersonal skills</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-Remote</p><p></p><p><b>Salary Range:</b></p><p>$80,000 - $100,000 plus bonuses</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span style="font-size:14px">The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education.
