Regional Partner Director

To develop and grow strategic relationships with partners in the NAMER region, the full-time Regional Partner Director will identify, onboard, enable, and manage referral, reseller, and alliance partners to accelerate pipeline generation and revenue growth while working remotely. Key responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential partners, managing the onboarding process including training and contractual alignment Drive partner readiness through enablement programs and co-sell with partners to influence and close deals Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations and collaborate with internal teams to support partner needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus 10+ years of sales and partner management experience in a global software or IT services company Familiarity with software support services or third-party support models Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders Experience with CRM and partner management tools, such as Salesforce
