System management of projects including, but not limited to, project setup, maintenance, invoicing, and project closure Partner with Project Managers to finalize and submit client invoices each month Work closely with Project Managers on project financials Monitor Work In Progress (WIP) and aging Accounts Receivables (AR) Evaluate and process project setup and amendment documents, ensuring compliance with internal controls Work independently to organize and prioritize workload, manage deadlines successfully Provide excellent client customer service.
