Power Automate & SharePoint Expert – On-Call Consulting & Development (USA Only)

Hi there,

I handle operations for a wholesale supply company actively using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and SharePoint Lists to run our operations.

I've already built out a decent foundation. order management flows, purchase order management flows, vendor tracking, and inventory-related automations and I'm looking to bring on a skilled developer I can lean on as a long-term partner.

This isn't a one-time project. I'm looking for someone I can call on regularly when I hit a wall on a complex flow, need a second opinion on architecture, or want to push our systems further than I can on my own.

**What I'm looking for:**

• Deep expertise in Power Automate — complex flows, error handling, approvals, and integrations with SharePoint and other M365 services

• Strong SharePoint Lists knowledge: column types, calculated columns, views, permissions, and integration with Power Automate and Power Apps

• Power Apps experience is a big plus: we may want to build out front-end interfaces for our workflows down the road

• Someone who can think strategically, not just execute tasks. I want a collaborator who can look at what we're building and say "here's a smarter way to do this"

**About our environment:**

• Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)

• Power Automate flows for purchase order and vendor management

• SharePoint Lists as our primary data layer

• Supply chain / wholesale distribution context

**What this role looks like:**

• On-call availability: tasks may come up intermittently, not on a fixed schedule

• Mix of hands-on development and consulting/strategy discussions

• Clear communication is essential — I can talk tech, but I want someone who explains their thinking

**Requirements:**

• Based in the USA (required — no exceptions)

• Proven experience with Power Automate and SharePoint in a business operations context

• Portfolio or examples of real flows/apps you've built

• Responsive and reliable
