The Division of Student Affairs invites individuals to apply for a summer temporary position acting as a point of contact for campus constituencies and assisting with administrative tasks assigned by the Vice President of Student Affairs (VPSA) and members of the division. The individual is expected to embody the Lasallian core principles at all times and actively contribute to the overall mission of CBU.Job Responsibilities:
Provide support at the reception desk through greeting and assisting with incoming calls and in-person visitors.Facilitate assistance to the VPSA with clerical work, research, organizing supplies and development of divisional initiatives.
Assist the VPSF and staff with operational preparation and implementation of New Student Orientation.
Assist with the oversight of New Student Orientation Guides.
Maintain a clean and inviting space for visitors and staff.
Provide oversight/inventory of all New Student Orientation supplies.
Requirements:
Expectations and Qualifications- Demonstrated written and verbal skills.
- Strong sense of personal and professional judgement.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a larger team.
- Punctuality and consistent communication.
- Individuals will be required to sign a confidentiality statement.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
