Outbound Telesales Agent

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Outbound Telesales Agent will make outbound calls to medical offices to offer products and services, demonstrate software via video conferencing, and document call activities while also handling inbound inquiries. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads to promote products and services Demonstrate software through video conferencing and persuade callers to sign up for services Document call activities accurately and escalate complex issues to management as needed Required qualifications At least 1 year of call center experience with automatic dialers A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; higher education is preferred Strong tele-sales techniques and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining open communication with leadership Intermediate data-capture, typing, grammar, and spelling skills
