Operations Coordinator, Test Sites

Description:

  • Own the end-to-end test coordination process across multiple programs and test sites.
  • Establish and manage an intake process for test event requirements.
  • Schedule test events and ensure resources, equipment, documentation, and communications are in place.
  • Maintain and communicate a comprehensive schedule of test events across internal and external test ranges.
  • Support internal test range website pages and maintain related documentation, protocols, and manuals.
  • Support the T&E Manager with test evaluation, approval, communication, process change management, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external test range stakeholders.
  • Travel between internal test ranges and external partner sites as needed.

Requirements:

  • Project management experience in technical fields.
  • Experience with business systems such as AirTable, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana.
  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma plus 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with DoD or DoE test ranges to coordinate flight tests (preferred).
  • Experience with cUAS, UAS, or other autonomous flight test programs (preferred).
  • Ability to travel 25-50% between test sites.
  • Experience coordinating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting technical test, evaluation, or range operations (implied by role scope).
