Office Healthcare Manager

Job Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Imaging and Diagnostic Center. This role ensures efficient, high-quality patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance, managing staff, optimizing workflow, and ensuring the smooth operation of all imaging and diagnostic services. The Site Manager will also manage staffing, and equipment to ensure the center's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the imaging and diagnostic center, including radiology, MRI, CT, ultrasound, and other diagnostic services.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained, functioning properly, and meets safety standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize workflow and patient throughput.
  • Manage patient scheduling, registration, and service coordination to ensure efficient operation.
  • Manage the procurement process for all the medical supplies for the different locations.

Staff Supervision:

  • Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of technicians, radiologists, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Handle staff scheduling, workload distribution, and ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Oversee training and development of staff, ensuring that all certifications, licenses, and competencies are up-to-date.
  • Conduct performance reviews, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee overtime hours in the payroll process for operational staff.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the facility adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and radiology safety standards.
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation bodies such as ACR (American College of Radiology) or others.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy and patient care.

Patient Care and Experience:

  • Ensure a high standard of patient care and satisfaction by monitoring feedback and resolving any issues.
  • Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic services.
  • Address patient concerns and ensure a compassionate and professional approach to care.

Business Development and Marketing:

  • Work with the marketing team to align service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in radiology or diagnostic services.
  • Understanding of imaging technologies and diagnostic procedures (e.g., MRI, CT, X-ray).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage staffing, resources effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
