Mission Integration Engineer, Intelligence Systems

Description:

  • Provide end-to-end support for system setup, including hardware installation and software configuration.
  • Pre-configure systems and ensure integration with program infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in real time.
  • Work directly with customers in the field and remotely to support system operation.
  • Author training documentation and instructions for end users and internal program use.
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking environments, including firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cloud-based systems.
  • Support deployment readiness and field operations across customer sites.

Requirements:

  • Currently possesses and can maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
  • Strong experience with Linux systems configuration and administration.
  • Knowledge of basic DC electrical systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate with customers and team members.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Proficiency with hands and tools to assemble, repair, and maintain technical hardware in the field.
  • Ability to meet health and medical requirements before deployments in accordance with DFARS 252.225-7040, DoDI 3020.41, and any applicable regional or force requirements.
  • Military background is a significant plus.
