Working remotely from home, you will provide phone and webchat support to community members seeking help for emotional distress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference by supporting people during some of their most vulnerable moments. We are specifically seeking compassionate and resilient individuals who are passionate about mental health and community support, and who are comfortable working overnight shifts as part of a 24/7 service. Available Permanent Part-Time Opportunities: We currently have Permanent Part-Time contracts available (28.5 hours per week) for overnight shifts. Regular weekend availability is required. These roles are primarily night shift positions, with working hours falling between 8:00pm and 8:00am (AEST/AEDT). This would be your set shift for a minimum of 12 months.
