This role blends people leadership, product execution, and operational discipline to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across Epic-focused product squads. The individual will be responsible for developing product management talent, elevating Epic domain expertise, and standardizing ways of working to drive scalable and predictable outcomes. They serve as both a coach and a practitioner—supporting strategic alignment while remaining close to the work. This is a hybrid role based in Madison, WI, with an onsite presence four days per week.Essential DutiesInclude, but are not limited to, the following:<ul><li>Manage a team of product managers, who are responsible for the day-to-day product development activities, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
