We do well so we can do good. <br><br>  <br><br><strong>Serve Others, Enrich Lives, Rise Together and Give Back<br> </strong> <br><br><strong>Job Overview: </strong>The role of the <strong>Plant Maintenance Supervisor</strong> is to participate in the Total and Preventative Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities.  Also to respond to and correct all equipment breakdowns and support preventive actions.  <br><br>  <br><br>  <br><br><strong>Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:</strong>  <br><br><ul><li>Coordinate the procurement of new equipment to assure manufacturing, maintainability, and Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are met </li><li>Contribute, in liaison with the Manufacturing Engineering Department, to define technical specifications for alterations on existing equipment and facilities </li><li>Coordinate both repair and preventive maintenance requirements for all manufacturing equipment </li><li>Identify and develop standards for equipment repair, set up and operation </li><li>Participate in Production System Efficiency and Quality System Efficiency workshops to support continuous improvement: propose and implement continuous productivity, efficiency and quality improvement actions for all facilities </li><li>Ability and knowledge to facilitate equipment moves </li><li>Define and monitor quality, cost and delivery objectives given to external companies when intervening: subcontracting, ordinary and major maintenance actions, energy, security systems </li><li>Monitor the purchase and inventory of spare parts and consumables to eliminate downtime </li><li>Recommend safety policies and assure safety controls are tested and reliable </li><li>Keep up to date documentation related to maintenance </li><li>Be responsible for computer-aided maintenance management system </li><li>Manage a team of maintenance technicians </li><li>Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company <br><br></li></ul>  <br><br><strong>Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:</strong>  <br><br><ul><li>The ideal candidate will possess/have the following skills/qualifications: </li><li>Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Maintenance or equivalent experience </li><li>Working knowledge of Quality system and Health, Safety & Environment skills </li><li>Advanced computer knowledge and skills </li><li>Strong problem solving skills </li><li>Strong people management skills, interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Ability to work in a matrix organization <br><br></li></ul>  <br><br><strong>Traits/Values:</strong>  <br><br><ul><li>Integrity – adhering to high ethical principles and professional standards.  </li><li>Trustworthiness – Being honest, dependable, and earning the confidence of others.  </li><li>Excellence – consistently being the best you can be.  </li><li>Responsible – being reliable and trustworthy.  </li><li>Accountability – being obligated and willing to accept responsibility for one’s actions.  </li><li>Dignity – behaving in accord with DMS basic principles.  </li><li>Respect – treating others as you would have them treat you <br><br></li></ul><strong>  <br><br></strong><strong>Our Values:</strong>  <br><br>Gratitude * Integrity * Fun * Teamwork * Excellence * Diversity &  <br><br>Respect * Innovation * Commitment * Humility  <br><br>   <br><br><strong>“GIFTED people & RICH culture”</strong> <br><br>
