Our UI platform is built on a micro-frontend architecture with module federation, supported by a shared design system and component libraries, promoting a seamless product experience.</p><p>We are looking for an experienced Lead Frontend Engineer/Architect to take charge of our UI platform. You will play a crucial role in defining and advancing the architecture, standards, and evolution of our frontend ecosystem across a large-scale, multi-module SaaS application. The ideal candidate is an Angular expert with extensive experience in micro-frontends, design systems, and large-scale UI platforms. You should have a strong vision for modern frontend architecture, performance, developer experience (DX), and innovative technologies including AI-assisted development. Your passion and enthusiasm will help solidify ACA Group as the leading Reg Tech company globally.</p><p><b>Key Duties & Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Define and refine the frontend architecture strategy for a multi-module Angular platform utilizing micro-frontends and Module Federation.</li><li>Establish and enforce UI engineering standards for Angular, TypeScript, state management, real-time data patterns, accessibility, and maintainable component design.</li><li>Oversee the shared design system approach with a focus on component library governance, Storybook integration, design tokens, theming, and cross-application consistency.</li><li>Enhance DevOps and developer experience for frontend, including dependency management, build tooling, testing frameworks, CI/CD, and deployment practices.</li><li>Implement frontend performance best practices such as bundle optimization, lazy loading, and runtime performance monitoring.</li><li>Collaborate with product, design, architecture, and engineering teams to align UI strategy with product objectives and mentor teams for consistent implementation.</li><li>Assess and integrate emerging frontend technologies and AI-assisted development tactics to elevate UX, UI delivery, and developer productivity.</li></ul><p><b>Desired Experience & Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>8+ years of frontend engineering experience, with substantial hands-on work in modern Angular and TypeScript.</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading frontend architecture for complex SaaS platforms, ideally with micro-frontends (module federation) and multi-team UI delivery.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of design systems, shared component libraries, Storybook, accessibility, and reusable UI patterns.</li><li>Strong knowledge of modern frontend tooling and practices, including Nx or similar build systems, testing frameworks, CI/CD, versioning, and dependency management.</li><li>Proven ability to enhance frontend performance, scalability, maintainability, and developer experience across diverse teams.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate architectural vision, influence cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and balance strategic leadership with strong technical expertise.</li><li>Bachelor's degree required; MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.</li></ul>
