About the Role: This is an entry level / early career IT role and you are expected to have fundamental IT experience and the willingness to learn and be a part of a team. You will provide technical assistance and support for incoming requests and issues related to internal computer systems, software, and hardware. You will respond to internal users in person, over Zoom, or Slack and assist in administering enterprise applications. This position will report to the Manager, IT. You will be expected to operate under PCI and SOC compliance IT general controls. This role will require someone who can handle prioritizing competing requests, has good interpersonal and communication skills, and is eager to learn. The role also requires you to be located in the Austin area with the ability to be in the office 4-5 days a week.
