Proven experience scaling high-performing teams in a multi-cultural, international environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Commercial strategy and positioning: Experience translating complex business models into strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Industry knowledge: Understanding of the climate finance and sustainable development landscape, challenges and opportunities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Cross-channel success: A track record of successfully leading, developing and overseeing complex cross-channel strategies in a multi-national context. Experience briefing and managing creative professionals and agencies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on capability: Extensive hands-on skills in Product marketing, Growth marketing, Brand positioning, Messaging, SEO & Lead generation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exceptional communication: Excellent writing, literacy, and creative storytelling skills.
