Educate customers on Fisker products and guide them through the Electric Vehicle ownership experience. Engage in meaningful conversations with customers, providing information on financial and insurance options, EV charging, and accessories. Host delivery appointments and conduct new owner orientation sessions. Collect and record customer data accurately in the CRM system. Stay up to date with product knowledge and provide value to customers. Record buyer and owner feedback to contribute to product and process improvements. Assist with ad hoc projects such as pop-up events and delivery events. Stay current on EV industry trends and develop expertise in electric vehicle functionalities and tools. Manage relationships and maintain effective communication with all teams. Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience Minimum of 2+ years of related professional experience, with hospitality industry experience being a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent people skills, including oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening.
