FINANCIAL ADVISOR (ENTRY-LEVEL) - FINANCIAL PLANNER | WEALTH MANAGEMENT TRAINEE | INSURANCE AND INVESTMENT REPRESENTATIVE

JOB TYPE: Full-Time
SALARY: $60,000 - $120,000 per year (W-2; Commission-Based Compensation; Residual Income; Performance Bonuses)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an Entry-Level Financial Advisor to provide financial planning, retirement planning, insurance planning, and investment advisory support. This role is designed for individuals pursuing a long-term career in wealth management, financial services, or insurance sales. This is a W-2 position with commission-based compensation. Earnings are tied to production, client acquisition, and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and business development
  • Conduct financial needs analysis and fact-finding interviews
  • Educate clients on retirement planning, life insurance, disability insurance, and investment options
  • Support portfolio implementation including mutual funds and insurance products
  • Maintain client relationship management (CRM) records
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation standards
  • Participate in licensing preparation and professional development
  • Deliver ongoing client service and relationship management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain Life and Health Insurance license
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills
  • Comfortable with prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, banking, insurance, financial services, or customer service
  • Active Life and Health Insurance license
  • Interest in securities licensing including Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, or Series 66
  • Interest in Certified Financial Planner (CFP) track
