US locations include: Charleston (SC), Savannah (GA), Wichita (KS), and Seattle (WA).<br><br><strong>Shift Schedule:<br><br></strong><ul><li>1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM</li><li>2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM</li><li>3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM</li><ul><li>$1.75 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekend (OVERTIME)</li></ul></ul><strong>Compensation/Benefits:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage, ranges $34.00 – 43.00/hour, plus overtime & shift differential</li><li>6% 401(k) company match, no vesting period</li><li>100% paid healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision)</li><li>Disability plan & group life insurance program</li><li>3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) plus 13 paid holidays, including 3 floating holidays</li><li>Tuition reimbursement program, up to $10,000/yr</li><li>International travel opportunities (Germany)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Education:<br><br></strong><ul><li>BS in Electrical, Controls, Mechatronics, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering preferred, or comparable experience with industrial robotics or machine tools</li><li>Technical Certificate OR BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, and 3+ years of experience within the industrial automation industry or equivalent experience</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude from prior professional experience</li><li>Hands-on Industrial automation industry or equivalent experience<br><br></li></ul><strong>Desirable Experience:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Siemens Step 7 PLC troubleshooting experience</li><li>Siemens TIA Portal; Sinumerik One</li><li>CNC troubleshooting experience</li><li>Experience in IEC61131 (PLC programming languages) </li><li>Ability to analyze and diagnose automation problems<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong fundamental understanding of electrical design practices, machine/motion control systems, electro-mechanical systems, robotics, programming, and system integration</li><li>Understanding of PLC programming languages</li><li>Experienced in troubleshooting electrical control panels</li><li>CNC troubleshooting experience</li><li>Knowledge of NC Controllers: Siemens 840D or WINCC</li><li>Experience using precision measurement equipment (i.e. Dial indicators, calipers, etc</li><li>Willing to travel to customer sites (50-70% travel expected)</li><li>Must be able and willing to work weekends (OVERTIME)</li><li>Strong communication skills & ability to interact with teams, clients, and vendors</li><li>Experience with aerial platforms and working at heights</li><li>Ability to lift and move materials or equipment weighing up to approximately 40 lbs</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and repetitively climb stairs within a manufacturing environment<br><br></li></ul><strong>Job Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide electrical and controls engineering expertise in support of new equipment & system introductions</li><li>Internal subject matter expert in control systems (Siemens PLC, HMI, Motion Control Systems), system integration, sensors, & electromechanical devices</li><li>Apply knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and programming</li><li>Travel to customer sites for machine commissioning and troubleshooting support</li><li>Maintain logs & written records of duties performed<br><br></li></ul>Visit: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7_4J6KrX5aHnXZJUoOCDRQ<br><br>Powered by JazzHR<br><br>3MCT7jcznB
