The Opportunity As an Operations Support Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our Care Operations team is set up to support our patients. You'll own completing our backend operational support processes, ensuring patient ECM and CHW program authorization and continued enrollment, all while creating a foundation of process efficiency and improvement. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and we're looking for a highly motivated individual who is willing to think creatively and operationally to help our team change the way people access healthcare. Key Responsibilities * Own key Ops Support initiatives, including completing backend operational support processes, ensuring patient ECM and CHW program authorization and continued enrollment, and creating a foundation of process efficiency and improvement. * Proactively monitor and report on key operational support processes and metrics to ensure the team is meeting its goals. * Support a team of documentation analysts by troubleshooting and monitoring project progress, when necessary. * Work with partnered health plans to understand program denials and flag any enrollment issues. * Provide backend support for transitions of care and referrals to ensure closed-loop follow-up from the care team. * Provide clear, timely communication to our care team when there is an enrollment change or status update. * Support Care Operations leaders in owning and optimizing key standard processes, and become efficient in your role and propose ways to improve.
