This includes organizing and managing various inboxes, writing responses, fulfilling requests, and gathering information from and distributing emails to other departments. The content of the emails may include customer service needs, technical support for the ministry’s websites, general ministry questions, feedback, requests, and questions about political and social matters. Which type of emails a Specialist handles may vary from one team member to the next. The Email Response Specialist is a self-motivated, self-directed, personable individual who is an excellent communicator and able to work both independently and as a member of a team. This person must be able to take ownership of tasks assigned and work independently within the scope of the assignments. This individual is administratively minded, pays close attention to detail, and intently follows instructions. The Specialist is also trustworthy, dependable, and capable of faithfully performing their job from home.
