Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Content Moderator to join our dynamic online team, not just an editor, but someone who can execute, improve, and optimize content for engagement and revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all user-generated content aligns with community standards, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
You will work directly alongside general Administration to turn raw footage into high-converting social media content and ads. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence online experiences positively while working in a fast-paced, innovative setting, and most importantly grow your own following.
Responsibilities
- Review and monitor user-generated content across various social media platforms, websites, and online communities to ensure compliance with community standards and policies.
- Utilize social listening tools to identify trending topics, potential issues, or harmful content that requires moderation or escalation.
- Edit and enhance visual content using Canva, Cap-cut, Instagram Edits or other graphic design tools to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to develop engaging multimedia assets, including images and videos, using video editing software and photography skills.
- Manage social media accounts using platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, respond to comments, and track engagement metrics via Google Analytics or web analytics tools (NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY)
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities, flagged content, and incident reports for compliance and review purposes.
- Support public relations efforts by engaging positively with users and managing community relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
Skills
