Position Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to create content for and run multiple social media accounts across various platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You will also assist the Director of Marketing and Social Media Manager in various marketing and social media duties as needed. Core Responsibilities

  • Creates content for multiple social media accounts (includes on-site photography and short form video creation).
  • Represents the company publicly, including on-camera for campaigns, interviews, and public speaking across all social media platforms.
  • Develops and executes every step of content creation, including ideation, filming, editing, and posting, for social media campaigns that align with company objectives and increase brand awareness.
  • Build or assist in building social media calendars.
  • Upload and schedules social media posts monthly.
  • Analyze, monitor, and communicate social media trends.
  • Works under general supervision of corporate marketing team and Marketing Director while coordinating projects for individual locations.
  • Independently manage special projects and tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
  • Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

The requirements listed below are the minimum degrees, certifications, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of this position.

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience with social media and marketing campaigns with a portfolio to show.
  • Valid driver's license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.

  • Proven knowledge of all social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.
  • Portfolio of related work.
  • Familiar with public speaking and able to engage an audience.
  • Ability to think creatively while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to set priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must work well in a team-oriented environment and in collaborating on assignments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, and Office 360
  • Ability to set a positive example for others by consistently displaying servant leadership behaviors in daily actions and decisions.
