<p><strong>Construction Manager (Owner's Rep) - Miami | $180K-$210K + Bonus</strong></p><p>A leading Miami-based developer is hiring a <strong>Construction Manager (Owner's Representative)</strong> to lead a <strong>$1B+ luxury high-rise development</strong>-two 69-story towers connected by a sky bridge.</p><p>This is a high-impact role requiring both <strong>construction leadership and client-facing sophistication</strong>.
