We're seeking a Commercial Solutions Banker to deliver a seamless, high-touch digital banking experience for our commercial clients while advancing our mission of a more inclusive and regenerative economy. You'll guide clients through a smooth and confident client experience by supporting with everyday digital banking needs, serving as a trusted resource from day one. Collaborating across teams, you'll manage communications, support client interactions, and contribute to growth in commercial deposits and treasury services.
What You'll Contribute:
Client Onboarding & Account Opening
- Act as the primary contact for new commercial and business clients throughout the account opening process.
- Open commercial checking, money market, CD, and specialized business accounts.
- Guide clients through documentation requirements and assist in structuring accounts.
- Support digital onboarding communications and ensure accurate, timely account setup.
Cash Management & Treasury Service Setup
- Assist clients with setup and management of digital treasury services.
