College Clubs Manager – Bhumi Clubs

<p>This is a remote position.</p> About the role:<br> <br> The Manager is a strategic role responsible for designing, scaling, and leading Bhumi's college club ecosystem nationally, while also managing a national student innovation and entrepreneurship programme with a structured competition cycle, and institutional stakeholder management. Working closely with the Volunteer Manager and cross-functional teams, the Manager will set the vision for club growth, oversee programme quality, and build a culture of civic leadership — driving systemic change in how student volunteerism and entrepreneurship are activated across India.<br> <br> About the Program<br> Bhumi is building one of India’s largest volunteer movements. By 2030, we aim to engage 10 lakh volunteers through Bhumi Clubs, a grassroots movement of volunteers and leaders enabling hyperlocal contributions to their own communities. Every Bhumi volunteer is a changemaker, and an active citizen working toward a better India.<br> <br> Role and Responsibilities:<br> <ul> <li>Lead the overall strategy, growth, and strengthening of the Bhumi College Clubs ecosystem and a national student innovation and entrepreneurship programme across India. <br></li> <li>Own end-to-end programme delivery — from flagship campaigns, recognition, and retention initiatives to competition cycles, judging logistics, participant communications, and post-event documentation. <br></li> <li>Build and manage high-performing teams and communities by mentoring College Club Leads, coordinators, and student project teams, fostering an impact oriented culture of civic leadership and entrepreneurship.<br></li> <li>Drive partnerships and institutional presence with colleges, faculty advisors, and key stakeholders to expand reach, engagement, and long-term programme sustainability.<br></li> <li>Ensure quality, consistency, and impact across all club and programme initiatives — tracking and reporting on volunteer engagement, club health, and project-level social impact data to inform decisions and demonstrate outcomes.<br></li> </ul> Educational Degree: <br> <ul> <li>Essential:  Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline<br></li> <li>Good to have: MBA/ relevant Fellowship <br></li> </ul> Relevant Experience:<br> <ul> <li>3–5 years in program management, volunteer engagement, or social sector leadership, with demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder environments (corporate partners, academic institutions, and student teams).<br></li> <li>Members of Bhumi, Enactus, Rotaract or similar college clubs preferred demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder environments (corporate partners, academic institutions, and student teams).<br></li> <li>Exposure to competition-based or cohort-based programmes is an advantage .<br></li> <li>Prior people management experience is essential.<br></li> </ul> <br> Knowledge & Skill sets required:<br> <ul> <li>Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into executable plans. <br></li> <li>Exceptional communication skills in English — verbal, written, and presentation.<br></li> <li>Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and developing talent.<br></li> <li>High emotional intelligence — empathy, active listening, and people engagement.<br></li> <li>Strong data orientation: comfort with reporting, dashboards, and insight generation.<br></li> <li>Proficiency in AI tools and MS Office suite.<br></li> <li>Highly resourceful, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.<br></li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel locally and nationally.<br></li> </ul> Others:<br> <ul> <li>Scope: Full Time <br></li> <li>Age: Below 35 years<br></li> <li>Designation: Manager<br></li> <li>Salary: 8 - 12 LPA based on the candidate’s profile<br></li> <li>Reporting to: Manager – Bhumi Clubs<br></li> <li>Expected Joining Date: Immediate<br></li> <li>Minimum Commitment: 2 years<br></li> </ul> <br> <br> <br> <br>
