The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HHS programs and data, a strong history of metadata acquisition, analysis and enrichment, and exceptional communication abilities to bridge the gap between technical data systems and operational users in the emerging context of AI.</p><p><br></p><p>Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Develops systems that align with overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make businesses more effective.
