Agile Project Manager - Remote
Our client is looking for a seasoned and highly organized Agile Project Manager to lead and support cross-functional teams in a fully remote capacity. This role is integral to driving successful project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and fostering an agile mindset throughout the organization. You will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, resources, and budget while facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex software development projects using Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this remote-first environment. Key responsibilities include:
Planning, executing, and closing projects using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Managing project scope, defining deliverables, and ensuring timely completion. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
