A technology leader in CCS (Cell Contact System) and laminated bus bars solutions for Solar Power, Wind Power, Railway, Electrical Vehicle, and Engery Storage industries.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven North America Sales Manager to scale our sales operations across North America. You will be responsible for key client development and maintenance, market expansion, full-process sales follow-up, internal team collaboration, and sales data management.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Key client development and maintenance: Develop key clients in North America, maintain relationships with existing customers, establish long-term and stable cooperative partnerships, and boost customer repurchase rate and business scale.</li><li>Market expansion: Research local market conditions and competitor trends of industrial parts in North America, tap potential customers, and fulfill regional sales growth targets.</li><li>Full-process sales follow-up: Independently conduct customer communication, demand confirmation, quotation and business negotiation, track orders and payment collection, and oversee the entire sales process.</li><li>Internal team collaboration: Cooperate with technical, production and logistics departments to ensure order delivery and resolve after-sales issues, so as to improve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Sales data management: Regularly prepare sales reports and customer files, review customer operation status and optimize sales strategies.</li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree or above, major in science and engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Automation and related majors are preferred); proficient in English.</p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ol><li>Over 3 years of B2B sales experience, familiar with industrial parts, mechanical components and manufacturing accessories industries.</li><li>Experienced in developing, maintaining and managing key accounts.</li><li>Possess basic professional knowledge of products, able to communicate with factory staff, purchasers and engineers, with excellent business negotiation capabilities.</li></ol><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ol><li>Experience in industrial parts, mechanical components and manufacturing accessories industries.</li><li>Existing relationships with partners or plants in North America.</li></ol><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ol><li>Competitive base salary </li><li>Flexible PTO and remote work environment</li><li>Career growth chance</li></ol><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement</strong></p><p>We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.</p><p></p>
